These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using Corindians’ services.

Service Delivery

All services such as branding, website development, digital marketing, and creative services will be delivered based on mutually approved timelines.

Delays caused by the client (late content, approvals, etc.) are not our responsibility.

Payment Terms

Full payment or EMI payment must be completed before project work begins.

EMI/BNPL agreements are strictly between the customer and Razorpay’s lending partners.

Corindians dont have any MI/BNPL agreements are solely between the customer and Razorpay’s lending partners. Corindians has no involvement in these agreements.

Project Scope & Changes

Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

Major revisions may incur additional costs.

Intellectual Property

Final project files will be handed over after full payment is received.

Corindians retains all creative rights for work not approved or unused.

Liability

We are not liable for any business losses, website downtime caused by third-party hosting, or delays beyond our control.
