Corindians provides creative, branding, digital marketing,software saas and website development services that require time, planning, and resource allocation.

Once a project has been initiated and work has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

If the client requests cancellation before project work starts, a partial refund may be considered after reviewing resource allocation.

If the project is already in progress, no cancellation will be accepted.

For EMI or Cardless EMI payments, cancellation depends on the respective lender’s rules. Corindians has no involvement in these agreements.

Refund Policy

Since our work involves creative and service-based deliverables, we follow a strict no-refund policy after payment is made.

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare situations:

Duplicate payment due to a technical error

Payment made for services not initiated by Corindians

Any refund approved by management will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original source.
